Chapter 1: it all started with a dream
A humming sound following me, for days on end, as if it's trying to warn me of something. But that's impossible. The sound that I hear is that of a TARDIS. And I'm already in one, technically I was. But the hum is one of sadness, and loneliness…it wont leave me alone. It just won't. The earth I stepped apon started shaking with madness. Water off the bay retreated and collected itself as it rolled upon the small town I was in. waves crashing between walls of baren houses. I felt a warm hand on my arm as if someone tried to pull me. Save me. I turned around from a sudden jerk of the arm.
A man wearing a fitting tan suit screamed but no words came out. Kept on screaming. Till slowly, words started to break through his silent barrier.
" R-" was all I could hear. "R-os" he tried again " ROSE!" he screamed out, " WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!" he jerked on my arm once again.
I stared at the face above mine. The face I saw in my dream. The face that brought loneliness along with it no matter where it went. The face that brought me happiness. " doctor " I said as I sat up on my bed. " whats wrong"
" nothing, just heard you screaming in your sleep from the control room. " he smiled at me checking the sides of my face for any signs of being hurt.
" oh, well blimey I'm sorry I distracted you didn't I"
" oh noooo. Its fine but I have a call coming in might want to take it" he rushed off. Closing the door behind him. Leaving me sitting up on my bed wondering what just happened.

Tadase had been planning this trip for weeks! Amu and he would go to a beautiful lake for a vacation, that is, as long as she wanted to go. Thankfully, Amu had showed no hesitation when she agreed to go with him.
